我的黑暗面~~~~~

在今天早上我很快樂的,到處充滿著陽光和天空

雖然我在辦公室但我好像在夏天時的墾丁

但在經過中午午餐聚會過後,我覺得我的心情變的很差

彷彿在冰冷的城市下著大雷雨,我討厭每一樣東西,

特別是我的朋友,我只要看著他,我就會冒火,不想與他接觸,不想跟他交談......

我會認為他是自私的人~~~凡是只想到自己,從不聽我說話

但我發現其實是我心裡狀況有問題~~~

朋友一如往常的作息,跟以前根本沒什麼改變,但是我的心情卻變更糟~

因為我發現我更自私,不懂的替別人著想,我也很在意我的朋友,卻只希望他們注意的我

"可求別人注意的人是可悲的,是無法獲得幸福的"
"去愛別人,愛是行為"

所以我要去愛我的朋友,去注意他們的需求~~~


但是我的心情還是沒變好~~~

好累阿~~好厭煩阿~~~

但是卻又有點好笑~~

因為全部都是我ㄧ個人的幻想,而事實根本不是如此~~

人總會被自己所想的限制住~~

要如何才能改變心情呢?

算了~~我不去想了
